About us

Gramin avam Samajik Vikas Sanstha is a non-governmental and non-profitable organisation, which is registered under the Rajasthan Society Act 1958, since 2001 in Ajmer. It is the upshot of social, philosophical idea of the individual, who are curiously desire to work in social sector. The organisation’s strategy is based on the belief that, to give an enable and supportive environment for poor people to have innate capability to develop themselves. The organisation is mainly to promote activities that lead to economic growth, education and awareness of one’s right in the society. It is a platform; where there is no discrimination of caste, religion, gender and custom and has been striving to generate awareness for those reluctant sections of the society, where women and children are familiar with their rights and capable enough to live a well-off life.

LABOUR WELFARE

Our focuses on connecting migrant and unorganized workers to essential social security schemes, providing legal education and assistance, ensuring safe and supportive workplaces, enhancing financial literacy, availability of migration supportive facilities at work area and advocating for policies that protect and empower workers.

LIVELIHOOD ENHANCEMENT AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT

We work to provide better livelihood opportunities at the local level, including agriculture, animal husbandry, and other sectors, along with the necessary training and hand holding supports. we also focus on skill development programs for youth to prevent them from entering hazardous work and encourage them to pursue opportunities in organized sectors.

CHILD RIGHTS & DEVELOPMENT

Under our Child Development and Child Rights Program, we ensure the health, education, and safety of children from birth to 12 years and work to secure their access to fundamental rights specially focusing on Child Marriage, Child Sexual Abuse and Child Labour. Additionally, we focus on life skills and other essential areas for adolescents.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT & EDUCATION

Our organization is committed to the social, health, and economic empowerment of women. Through Self-Help Groups, we promote financial independence, health awareness, access to essential services, and gender equality. We believe empowerment goes beyond literacy—by enabling education and skills development, we create pathways for sustainable livelihoods and support women to lead informed, independent, and dignified lives.
