FOCUS AREA & COMMUNITY

Our work is based on previous experiences and our personal interaction with the communities. We collect the secondary data through various governments departments like Health Department, Labour Department, Police Department, Factory and Boiler Department, Municipality Board etc and analyze them to get better results.

• Women: We focus on mainly on the development of women unorganized labour, educate them through trainings, empower them through various capacity-building programmers.
• Children: We focus on eradication of child labour and social evils like child marriage. We give prime importance to pre-school education, nutrition, health & hygiene of Children.
• Labour: We work for the welfare of unorganized labour sector, with the emphasis on better livelihood conditions, payment of wages, Occupational Health and Hazards, Safety working Environment.
• Animals Welfare: Animal husbandry is another focus area where we work for the care of animals and management practices through our projects.
• Skill Proficiency: We work for the unskilled youth, providing them skill-based trainings, make them competent in skills of their interest and help them for job placements.
